By using the Member Portal, you agree to follow these rules.
Who Owns the Information
The Oneida Nation owns the Member Portal and the information collected on it. We only collect what you provide, and we use it to help manage your membership. We don’t share your information with anyone outside the Oneida Nation. You still own your information, but you give Trust Enrollments permission to use it to support your membership.
Creating an Account
You have to be at least 18 years old and make an account to use the Member Portal. Your information will be checked with the Oneida Nation Enrollment records to make sure you are a member and old enough.
Using the Website
You agree to:
- Keep your login information private
- Not try to break into the system or harm the website
- No Impersonations
The consequences of violating the terms and conditions will result in account suspension.
Copyright and Trademarks
Everything on the Member Portal belongs to the Oneida Nation. You may not copy or use any content, text, logos, or images without permission.
Liability Disclaimer
The Member Portal may have mistakes or outdated information. We try to keep it accurate, but we can’t promise everything will always be perfect. By using this website, you agree that Oneida Nation is not responsible if something goes wrong because of how you use it. This includes anything you do with your account, or anything you post or share on the site.
